Love it! I'm kinda in the same boat as you where I'm afraid to tell my family that I'm doing IF because I don't want them thinking I'm developing a disorder. Its really stressful and hard living at home and trying to eat keto and also not eat half the day but I know that what I'm doing is fine and it only makes me happier and healthier so I have been really trying not to let anybody hold me back. Not sure if I'll openly start talking about IF with my family anytime soon, but hopefully they don't start getting suspicious about my eating habits haha. But you seem to be doing great! I have found that the more I talk about it the more people become interested and once they start reading and researching they get past all of the myths and misinformation out there.
My coworkers all thought I was crazy at first and now that they see the results I am getting some of them have started experimenting for themselves. It was weird for me too when I first starting logging/writing about these things online outside of a very private LiveJournal (acht, the early 2000's, lol). But then you realize people actually read this, and follow it, and get inspired by it, and share your pain when mistakes or wagon falls happen. It's really a powerful tool that gets too unnoticed by professionals (imo). Congats on the wedding! While I hope you hit your goal, have you considered a corset in case you don't? Shrinking the waistline by an inch like that is painless and still allows breathing.
