Sep 29 '17I have been dreading saying this but I had a meal late last night. Am bummed but slept the best I have in days and no longer feel sick. I will continue to watch this fast play out because I think you are all so amazing at how well you are all doing.

Sep 30 '17I have to admit...I had to bow out gracefully. I got no excuses.. I was doing a lot of service work at my church, pulling a lawn aerator , raking and I needed the energy. Sep 29 '17Wew a political meetup with vegan catered food. Sounds like my type of party :) You have encouraged me to go jogging when I get home from work. I usually refrain from exercise whilst fasting but a nice light one miler shouldn't put me out too much. Have fun at the meetup. Some of my vegan friends fast and if they don't, they aren't adverse to the notion.
