I have been dreading saying this but I had a meal late last night. Am bummed but slept the best I have in days and no longer feel sick. I will continue to watch this fast play out because I think you are all so amazing at how well you are all doing.
I have to admit...I had to bow out gracefully. I got no excuses.. I was doing a lot of service work at my church, pulling a lawn aerator , raking and I needed the energy. Anyone feeling any physical issues today on Day 4? I feel like I'm getting sick, achy, nausea, fatigue, low energy. Just took salt again, and more water again. I know this is normal but the wimp in me is not having a good time. I'm kind of envious of the others here that are feeling so great. It's encouraging though.
I was achy on day 2 (my right hip, specifically, was mega stiff, but it's better now), and had some low level nausea last night (I allow diet soda though, so it may have been a caffeine issue). The fatigue and low energy sounds about right; mentally I'm feeling okay, but I need to take things a bit slowly when it comes to physical activity. I'm sorry it's rough for you right now; it sounds like you have some excellent techniques for coping, and I'm glad you're able to take the time and relax/talk yourself down from time to time. If you're still feeling well physically, I know you have the determination to stick it out a few more days! You're doing great! I would suggest finding a nice way to reward yourself for avoiding temptation while the days are difficult. I don't know what you would find enjoyable, but just something that reminds you that you did well today :D
