In two hours we will be at 96 hours. I hope everyone is doing okay with resisting the psychological need to eat. This too shall pass

I have been dreading saying this but I had a meal late last night. Am bummed but slept the best I have in days and no longer feel sick. I will continue to watch this fast play out because I think you are all so amazing at how well you are all doing.

I have to admit...I had to bow out gracefully. I got no excuses.. I was doing a lot of service work at my church, pulling a lawn aerator , raking and I needed the energy.
