I really like this video. The mindset she talks about, and the practices, like doing small willpower exercises, helped me lose my first 30 lbs a few years ago. Also the concept of forgiving yourself immediately is very important to me. Thought you'd all enjoy learning about how willpower works!
She has since published a book, as well. I haven't read it yet, but the reviews are good! If you've read it, let me know what you thought!
