1) I wasn't hungry AT ALL and I'm usually hungry on days 1 and 2;
2) I kicked into ketosis at the end of day 2 and before it happened on day 3/4.

I'm on day 2/3 and two surprising things happened.I'm at day 4. Not hungry per say, but I could always eat :)1) I wasn't hungry AT ALL and I'm usually hungry on days 1 and 2;

Got my black coffee and my water bottles about to go to work.
Hope everyone has a fulfilling day without food.
Aside from that, feeling well, no heart issues whatsoever (which happened previously), lost a bit more than 5kgs, hoping to continue after 10 days and lose more. :)

So glad this group was here, I feel like it was really motivating; on my own I probably would have just stuck to my planned 3-and-a-bit day fast!
