Going for water only. Supplementing sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin D and caffeine.
Planning on sticking to my exercise routine.

Going to take some "before" pics and start at midnight :).
It's very manageable. So far I haven't hit the headache stage or the ketosis stage, since that usually takes me at least three days.
I'm also skipping breakfasts the rest of the week, and Wed/Thurs lunches where possible. If I do get lunch, it's salad or sashimi.
