Water Fast #2 Plan from Sophie's log

I intend to start my second extended water fast on or around 24 Sep. I plan for it to last 30 days, until 23 Oct.


Things to do between now and then -


1. Get back into a fat/keto-adapted state.

2. Prepare enough reusable water bottles.

3. Empty fridge and larder of food. Acquire 1 item of emergency food.

4. Decide if coffee/tea will be permitted this time, and stock accordingly if so. (Probably not)

5. Let my emergency speed-dials know that they are my emergency speed-dials for this fast.

6. Check my meds and supplements.

7. Prepare book list, TV & movie list.
